I just discovered that I like beets! Because I thought it would be fun, I joined Harvest Astoria CSA...extraordinary beet givers. This blog is an account of all the beets I get, and what I end up doing with them and all the fruit and vegetable friends they come with. Hopefully I'll be able to share new recipes and get some helpful tips along the way.
